Step 1: Consultation Call
Every project begins with a consultation call to discuss your goals, brand direction, and design needs.
Step 2: Payment & Approval
Once your selected service/s and payment terms are followed, approved, and you’ve agreed to the Terms
& Conditions, the design process officially begins.

Step 3: Revisions & Finalization
You’ll have access to the rounds of revision included in your selected service/s. If additional revisions are required, the cost will be provided. The final
agreed-upon design files will be delivered via email in the specified formats.
turnaround time
The standard turnaround time for most projects is
3–5 business days (excluding Sundays).
Timelines may vary based on project scope, client response time, and the time of year (particularly during holidays or high-demand seasons).
ownership, copyright
& usage rights

Klassic Touch retains full ownership and copyright of all original design files.

Clients receive usage rights for approved final designs only (e.g., PNG & PDF)

Brand Identity Services are the only designs where full ownership & copyright are transferred to the client once the remaining balance is paid in full.

All designs created by Klassic Touch may not be edited, recreated, or altered in any form using
Canva, AI, or any external tool or platform.
Any modification of original designs will result in immediate termination of future design services.
By moving forward with Klassic Touch, you've acknowledge and agreed to the
policies and terms outlined above. These policies are in place to protect
both the creative process and the integrity of your brand.
